Shared spaces
The main lobby and entrance area are shared with other guests in the building. All other private units and staff areas are off-limits.

Late check-outs may incur a fee, so please let us know in advance.
Cleaning, laundry & more
Room cleaning
Daily room cleaning is not provided. If you'd like your room cleaned during your stay, we can connect you with local housekeeping help for a small fee.
Laundry
There's no machine on site, but we can connect you with local laundry services that offer quick pickup and drop-off.
Home-cooked meals
Prefer not to cook? We can put you in touch with a local cook on request.
Extra bedding
The space is ideal for couples, but we are happy to set up extra floor bedding if you are traveling with family. Just let us know in advance! Extra bedding is automatically included when you book for more than 2 guests.
House rules
Guidelines
- Smoking is not permitted indoors, but you are welcome to use the balcony.
- For everyone's comfort and security, only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Conduct & safety
- Please observe quiet hours at night and be mindful of noise, especially in shared areas.
- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Fees & liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of property, including linens and specialized equipment.
- Management is not liable for loss of personal belongings.
- A replacement fee applies for lost physical keys.
- Please leave the space in a reasonable condition. Cleaning beyond the standard turnaround is charged on the final bill.
Sorting your trash
We separate wet and dry waste. There are two bins on the ground floor, green for wet and blue for dry, and we ask every guest to sort their trash into them.
Wet waste
Anything that came from food and will rot.
- Food scraps and leftovers
- Fruit and vegetable peels
- Tea leaves and coffee grounds
- Eggshells
- Tissues or napkins with food on them
Dry waste
Anything that won't rot. Please empty or rinse containers first.
- Plastic bottles, wrappers and packets
- Paper, cardboard and boxes
- Cans and foil
- Glass bottles and jars
- Tetra packs and juice cartons
